• Permanent ESD Performance: Conductive PP raw material, stable surface resistance 10⁶~10⁹Ω, meets IEC61340 standard. Static decay time less than 1 second, low friction voltage, will not generate static during waste placing.

• Chemical & Impact Resistance: High-strength polypropylene construction, resistant to common weak solvents, flux and cleaning agents. Good impact resistance, not easy to crack or deform.

• Multiple Lid Options & Capacities: Swing lid, foot pedal lid or open-top styles available. Common capacities: 15L,20L,30L,40L,60L,100L. Classic black color with printed ESD warning logo for easy identification.

• Lint-Free & Easy to Clean: Smooth non-porous surface, low particle generation, easy to wipe and rinse, suitable for cleanroom environment.

Usage Instructions

1. Place the ESD trash bin on ESD conductive floor to form grounding path.
2. Put waste inside the bin. Use ESD bin liner for easier cleaning and replacement.
3. Keep the lid closed (swing lid / pedal lid) to reduce dust spreading in cleanroom.
4. Clean the bin surface regularly. Stop using if the bin body cracks or conductive property fails.
